I received my 1982 & 1983 Denver Souvenir Sets today. The 1982 is satisfactory, although the envelope isn't quite as pristine as the one in the ad. The 1983 is very disappointing. There are distracting 'carbon' spots on both the Cent and the Mint Medal. The envelope is clearly something I would want to replace, if that was even possible. The ad's photos did not represent what I've received.  The envelope I received:  And I don't think I have any recourse, due to this disclaimer:  I would've uploaded pix of the problem 1983-D Cent and Mint Medal, but I've got another problem purchase I'm dealing with; my Tomlov microscope. I've got six days remaining in its return window. |

nice additions seamonkey, Gary, and Vector!
I've bought quite a few of the souvenir sets from this same seller, Most arrived in nice condition, and some not so much. I'm not sure where they get their sets from, but some are clearly not preserved well, possibly due to the previous owner didn't protect them.
