You can see it on the 0 of 50 and the c in cents, is it a listing in Charlton, it doesn't appear in my 64th edition.
I like that coin it looks in great shape, how about a peek at the other side just for kicks..

It shows a little more wear on the obverse but nonetheless, still a very nice coin!. Great job

The only reverse variety shown in Charlton 66th is 2/2 for this year.

Now that my friends is a sweet coin, pics like this is why I am a member of this forum, I want to see what other members have ( I have shown some of mine in other threads) I want to drool and weep over other members aquasitions
and lets face it, there are millions of coins out there we just dont get to see a great percentage of them here..

Glad you enjoy the pictures. Since finding this site I take a much closer look at the coins I buy.

Great coin!

I love the 1872 50c...I'm trying to get all the varieties in EF-AU...including the A/V...

The Double A in CANADA, double A in REGINA, and double S in CENTS are very common for this date and easy to acquire.

The double D in CANADA, is more rare, and the flying double D in CANADA even more so. These varieties are not well known.
I'm having both slabbed by PCGS...

The A/V is also rare and well known.
