I don't really see it clearly. Could you post better pics please. I do see circular indentations on the cardinal points of the coin. Unless it's some sort of weird, rare chopmark, I don't see it augmenting the grade nor the value and even reducing it. Just for guess, since I'm not really good at grading, I'll say XF-AU details.
When you have damage like this on a higher grade coin do grading companies knock off a few grades due to the damage or does the slab say i.e. au 58 damaged?
If the problem is minor for the coin they might just knock off a few grades and slab it as a non problem coin. If the problem is too severe they will state an apparent grade and then state the problem. So it would be something like AU details/Damaged.
