In the picture, under the armpit is the eye from the obverse side, half way up the $1 the outline of the head begins. Anyone have any thoughts as to what this may be worth if graded?

It's a die clash, not a strike-through. I don't know the value, but die clashes are not rare, so probably just a few dollars premium at most.
