August (not to mention Philly) is a little too far away for me to commit to anything (except that I know that's dead in the middle of canning time), as I have a radio club convention fairly close to that time that I've attended every year for the past 23 years, but I'm definitely interested.

I might be able to make it. College should not have started back yet, but Philly is a decent trip from Indiana.

I did some more looking. Keep in mind, there is a serious distinction between "club" tables and "bourse" tables. As a club table, we can't engage in any activity which competes with the bourse. That means no selling coins, and if somebody has a pro photography table set up (I know a couple of people who do that at the larger shows), I can't do that either.

I'm beginning to think that the information I found a few days ago concerned Whitman's 2011 show. I got it from the Whitman site, and those pages no longer exist. 2012's Philly show is the official ANA World's Fair of Money, which means it's going to be the biggest show of the year in the USA. As near as I can tell - by perusing the relevant applications - ANA Club tables are free with minor charges for cases and electricity, and bourse tables start at $750 and up. Each table may be manned by no more than 3 official representatives, and 3 additional credentials may be provided for a "share dealer" arrangement which costs an extra $250. All involved must be ANA members, club or bourse. I do_not_know anything more than I've found and stated here. Any other opinions have come from people who have access to different information than I do. I've no idea of the ramifications of CCF purchasing a bourse table for the purpose of recruiting membership; we're not an official "club". It's imperative that we get a specific reading from ANA. Bobby, if you already have, I apologise. If so, please fill us in a bit as to exactly how it's going to work.
