I bought four lots, (18 coins), and was very happy with it.

One of them was by accident, but that was okay. It was for 2 x 1959 PL65 Ultra Heavy Cameo quarters (ICCS cert.)

Just curious if anyone else on here participated?

I tried for four different lots yesterday but once the prices got up higher I refused to be drawn in again. Participation is expensive. I find I can do much better on ebay just by being watchful and careful.

T.C.N.C. is The Canadian Numismatic Company. It is owned and operated by Eric Paquet and Marc Veret of Quebec City, PQ. They hold an Internet Auction about once a month and also do Torex.

I think TCNC is a french acronym and translates roughly to "The Guys Who Allegedly Switched The Coins"

I did not participate. I really don't like bidding on items that I cannot see in hand first, especially when it comes to mint state bronze coins. There were a couple of MS-66 George VI that caught my eye, but I refrained, because I have been burned before bidding on items sight unseen...

I only bought 3 items (but I was fairly happy with my purchases):

a) 1934 U.S.A. Franklin $100 Note (VF) => because it's all about the Benjamins!

b) 1880H Wide-0 quarter (VG)

c) 1909 quarter (EF45)

=> I can't wait to get 'em home! (I have had very good luck at these auctions, so I'm really hoping that my purchases "rock" ... knock-on-wood)
