A friend and I were looking at some of his World Coins the other day and after looking at this one through a loop he took some pics through a microscope at work.
It looks like a couple of things are going on with this coin. One is a broken 9 and the other is a die crack(?) that runs accross the whole coin.
Any thoughts or help is much appriciated..

Looks like damage at the date, the die crack is cool but not much premium. For 1905 to present Mexico coin varieties, get the Carlos Amaya "Illustrated guide to modern mexican coins."
