I dont think this is one, but how about a serial number that is
EUS3569356? any help would be appreciated.

It's not a radar.. A radar would have the end set of numbers flipped like EUS3569653.

I come across a lot of radars and repeaters because I go through several thousands of dollars of banknotes per week. I only keep the primo ones now because at one point, I could have spent $2,500 in just one week. They weren't worth it.
