Hello everyone, I am a big coin collector and occasionally run across some tokens that I cannot identify. I have had this one for a very long time and I'm still not sure what it is or even what its worth. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

You know what I meant :p taken literally I like small denominations best actually with the exception of Morgan dollars

It's a thumbwheel from an oil lamp, the part where you turn to adjust the wick.
