Yes, better pics would be helpful, and one of the reverse. It does look mint state and possibly full head, but it also looks harshly cleaned from that picture. The fields look grainy too, which could be a major concern or it could just be the pic. Welcome!

Pluses: very sharp date, sharp rim beading, possible full head status. Minuses: unnatural stark white color, grainy texture, apparent lack of detail on chain mail over Liberty's breast. The coin almost looks acid-etched in this image.

Hopefully the coin is problem-free and the image is inaccurate. An unmolested 1920-D SLQ in near-MS condition is a scarce and desirable piece.
