Buddy Rest in Peace United States 7075 Posts	Posted 01/12/2012 3:24 pm I'm new at this too but I have learned that MD is flat and shelf-like in appearance and I'm not seeing that in your picture. And while your picture is very good, pictures can be deceiving. If it looks like another example of a DDR then that's probably what it is. Report this Post to the Staff

Is there any way you could upload a closeup pic of the RTER in Quarter as well as Dollar? According to the Cherrypickers quide Type B reverse has enhanced tail feathers and I dont see them in your pic. There is also a gap between the E and S of States. Check the gap to confirm. If it were a doubled die, the devices would be enlarged and not just damaged/reduced as in the case of Machine Doubling. This is not a quarter, but it is a doubled die. Note the difference in size between a normal coina dn a doubled die? The first images of the OP quarter are not a strongly machine doubled as the last images he posted later.
