That's a nice coin farnbycoins . I myself have no 2006 or 2008 rabbit ears (or 1985). Not sure why but I haven't been able to find any!

Well done farnby..!

There's not very many 2008 Rabbits being reported yet.

I hope you're not moving too far away!

I find it interesting how these chips are so well-placed for an ear, year after year.

Hi guys, yes it's quite a nice coin for 2008 $1.00, up around the EF mark. Has the usual bagging on the obverse which seems to be common on all the 08 $1.00 coins I'm finding at the moment.
No Nancy, not too far away, just from Kedron to Chermside .

I've noodled a few 1000 $1 over the last month or so. I have not yet found a 2008 Rabbit. The cleaner at my second job gave me one. He was aware that it was a rabbit, simply that it was a new coin. I was going to knock it back, as I have a few 2008 $1. However, I luckily noticed the Cud. He was as pleased as Punch, as he is forever telling me that he has a coin for me that I would not have yet seen. He was finally right.

$10 for an EF+ Rabbit Ear is a good purchase. The longer they stay in circulation the less attractive they will become.

As I'm sure you are aware "Rabbit Ears" is a geo-regional term but here in South Dakota we've got one set and reception is pretty good for the local station.

Hello all, I have a number of Rabbit ear Dollar coins, including 2008, but I'm not sure if I have all the dates. Could someone please tell me what are the years that they occur? Thanks
