Mike Rest in Peace United States 2884 Posts	Posted 05/15/2005 1:02 pm Susan, Not yet! I have about 12 or 15 that I have not even really looked at yet. I will get to them eventually. I did try employing the cropping and color correcting features in Paint. I think they look better. I need to follow up the next batch with the other advice on lighting, background, and adding some text info. I appreciate the input. Do you think the comments were a good idea? I saw pics and Bust Halves and dove right into the pics without reading the text. It's that whole "instant gratification" thing. I kind of collect vicariously through others. This looks like O-103. The obv has both the unusual line below the R in liberty and the filled upper corner of the 3 in the date. Star 1 points to the middle of a denticle and the T/I alignment is -1, so it is either 107 or 108. I give up, the reverse is weak in an important area and I've been struggling for 30 minutes to figure this one out, so I give up. lol [:p] That was fun! With the small spike at the peak of the cap, the slightly lower 3 and the slightly taller 5, it looks like an O-110. The "A" and "URI" are weak strikes on this variety also. What do you think, Mike?
