It is a keeper and maybe the start of your district collection. In 2006 only 7 of the 12 districts produced star notes. You have one of them, only six more to go. Good collecting. Where are you getting your numbers from? http://www.uspapermoney.info/serials/f2009_s.html And that note is far from good condition. It is near CU, if not CU. Definitely a keeper. Great find! According to the site you referenced it is from a run of 3,200,000. I do agree with you it is in almost CHU condition and is a keeper. Report this Post to the Staff
