I found a mate for your 2006 die filled 6 the other day. It's the 0 next to the 6 that's filled. Will try and post a pic tomorrow.

Well, it's been a while. I have a new house, and it's been absorbing my energy for the past few months. But, I'm back, politely terrorising the wheatbelt banktellers..... My find, this week, patiently looking for that elusive wavy. Please forgive me, it's been a while, and I can't work out why my pic is a golden color...

Well, I don't know if this is very impressive to our members of this forum, but I am suitably impressed. I just finished noodling my was through $500 of $1.00 coins. I got down to the last 3 bags. Most of the contents of two of those bags are what I believe to be unc 1984 MOR's. I suspect they have been sitting in the bank for a number of years, as the bag marks look as crisp as anything. I have taken a couple of quick snaps, and you can see some darker, tarnished coins, which I believe were the roll ends..... There are also a few with some green mould type susbstance on them. Here is a quick snapshot of some of them....

... a very unexpected find yesterday. Visited the local Daiso and bought some $2.80 items. At the checkout I noticed the checkout person selecting a number of one dollar coins including a shiny coin of unusual design. The checkout person gave the coin a second glance before handing the change over, which had me worried for a moment . You never know if there are CCF members who work at the Daiso checkout and skim off the goodies. After leaving the shop I "noodled" the change in my hand. That shiny coin was a beauty ... Pic shown below Squire

Nice find Squire... I have a soft spot for NCLT :) Here are my finds for the week :) A 1988 20c and circulated 2001 Air Force $1 A quick question if anyone can help, I keep finding conflicting reports on mintage figures for the 1988 20c - some sources say 200k, some say 1 mil, some say not for circulation. Any advice? Cheers, Eddy
