Im not sure what is going on there but it looks like there is a die crack or clash rinnung from the leaf to the 0 is that right ? or is it a stain ?

If you are referring to that "stuff" on the last A in CANADA and on the 1 in 1 CENT and on the 0 in the date that looks like some kind of dried liquid. Maybe it was in someones cars ashtray. It is not an error just a coin with crud on it, spend it. IMHO,

Thanks guys....I just hit the spot with a metal scribe and pieces flaked off. I did not want to do this until I had a second opinion.
