This is definitely one that would fall into that category. And I have vociferously expressed my opinin of the crooks at PCGS and NGC. All that being said, I think the concept of CAC is just a stupid idea. Certifying a certified coin? Really? So this coin failing to go through CAC means jack squat. As for the coin itself...WHOA.
