I bought this coin or medal in Barcellona over 20 years ago and can't id it. It is silver, weight is 29.4 grams, diameter is 35 mm. It appears to be a takeoff on a potosi or lima coin from the 1600-or 1700's. Help!

It's a Spanish Cob 8 Reales coin from around the 1500's but I cannot tell the date or if it's real or fake.
