From the pics it doesn't look cleaned to me.

The photos do not show the condition of the luster that may or may not be on the coin. If I were bidding based on these photos I would probably limit it to an AU58 bid. (its probably MS) Anything higher I would just wait until a nice certified one came along.

Doesn't look cleaned and it looks like a slider so I would follow Jims advice and throw out a high AU bid at the most. As far as authenticity goes, I don't know the positions for this particular MM but I don't see any obvious tooling or anything from the photos. On a coin like this I would normally wait for a certified example.
