This is a Constantine I AE Follis. 347-8 AD. DV CONSTANTINVS PT AVGG, veiled bust right / VN-MR, Emperor veiled standing right. This was struck after his death and struck at at least four or five mints: Alexandria, Antioch, Cyzicus and Nicomedia are the ones that come to mind. Based on the bust type, my guess would be Cyzicus
