1955 Penny Smiling Queen

Found a 1955 with what appears from far to be a large smile but after a closer look it looks more like a line surrounding the mouth. Any ideas how this happened.

Looks like a piece of material like a wire was on the planchet when it was struck providing you this penny, looks cool thou

Must have been a large piece of something when it was stamped becuase it is very visible with the naked eye. Maybe something like this could be worth 2 or 3 cents...lol
