Quote: I purchased this LGS 1934 $1000 FRN Monday night and received it this afternoon. I wanted a nice-looking problem-free XF or AU example, and this one checked all the boxes for me. Fantastic!

A recent addition to my large size type set, a $5 1923 silver certificate. This one has been high on my want list for a while!

Thanks, Coinfrog! I would have preferred one with an EPQ designation, but I'm very pleased with this one.

I just received this series 1928B $1 SC Experimental (XB block) from a member on the Paper Money forum. The series 1928 experimental notes were used to test various linen contents of the paper; the XB experimental notes were 50% linen and 50% cotton, the YB experimental notes were 75% linen and 25% cotton, and the ZB notes were the control using normal paper (25% linen and 75% cotton).
