I may send it in. I had to join NGC in order to send my 1922 no d LWC in to be consevered by NCS. Thanks on all the opinions, it is actually nicer in hand than my bad amateur photography depicts.
I could be persuaded to go up into MS on your coin...up to 62. But the western wheat ear, the ding near 12 o'clock on the obverse, and what I think is "wear" on the obverse limit me beyond that.
There may be notorious "weak strike" for the year I dont know about.
