I bought this one two years ago off a dealer in Adelaide that knows of the variety, but failed to check this one that I found in a bag of 1931 pennies he had under counter . I payed four hundred cents for it.I also have another in better graded, ,i bought 3 years ago in an album of 70 varieties from rare to extremely rare. The chap I bought it off was well informed and knew its potential but was hard up for jonny cash, I offered him $200 for album and he handed it over, so on average it cost $2.85 Report this Post to the Staff

I had an auction dealer look at it an he has graded this coin as VF. He had never handle one before so wasn't really keen to auction. Strange. Report this Post to the Staff

I wouldn't want to lose this in a deal gone bad. I've been busy of late working & if I sell it I will do it privately or at an auction in Adelaide.
