My guess comes as I suspect he got it as part of a lot or in a junk bin or something. I actually wanted silver weight, but somebody already got that.

Its all good, no animosity here. I just usually guess low since it usually is awesome deals on coins that are posted. Hence why I probably will not be submitting anything that I bought recently.

Nicely done vb3347 and nice coin Mac. It's definitely one of the many pre-depression, branch-mint dates that are a real bear to find in original XF-AU, and finding one this well struck is doubly tough.

Original color of coin is not that deep color, but the strike are very good, my photos need improvement.
The dealer had $35 in the 2X2, he look at the grey sheet and said $30. I didn't haggle and give him the money, he had second though, by then I had coin in hand. LOL!
