I have a question, what is the value of a 1864 $500 confederate bond hand written numbered 6199 from Richmond,Va.? also, it is in very good condition.

Not exactly a bond...looks like a payment certificate that was attatched to the bottom of a bond. I have seen a few,not confederate, but have not found anyone that collects them after they were disconected from the bond and redeemed...Just my experience....could be wrong.
