I was pretty comfortable with this one until I put it under a loupe. Now my head is spinning. I did my best to highlight the hairlines and other negative points of this coin.
After a little research I'm coming back to say I believe the vertical lines on the reverse and obverse are probably planchet striations.
I made a second reverse picture circling in red the three spots that could be rubs. The one above the eagle's head looks likely as a rub. It's a bunch of small frantic scratches in random directions. The other two could be from coins rubbing together in a bag? I'm not sure.
I'd still like to hear some grading speculation. :)
I think there is a rub on the reverse between just to the right of the left rim to the edge of the eagles forward (right) wing and just below the earth and forth star down to just above the moon.
