ContraJame Valued Member United States 292 Posts	Posted 04/06/2012 5:21 pm After a little research I'm coming back to say I believe the vertical lines on the reverse and obverse are probably planchet striations. I made a second reverse picture circling in red the three spots that could be rubs. The one above the eagle's head looks likely as a rub. It's a bunch of small frantic scratches in random directions. The other two could be from coins rubbing together in a bag? I'm not sure. I'd still like to hear some grading speculation. :) Report this Post to the Staff

So from my point of view, regardless of what the marks are, is it is still a nice Eisenhower dollar.
