Could this be a DD on the mint mark?. I know the coin is rough shape but it looks like the Double on the Right side of the Mint and a slight Double directly in the middle of the Mint mark. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm no expert, but I am curious so I will be back to see what the experts have to say.

However ... the bump next to the D doesn't seem to be an exact match -- to my untrained eye, so it makes me wonder if it isn't something else, like a die gouge.

Rest in Peace

I have one from 1993 like this and they said it was a gas bubble but hard to tell on the 90s cause they have so much zinc rot and gas bubbles for some reason.
