Hello Friends,Yesterday was my Best day I have ever had in my Lincoln Penny Treasure Hunt! My Question: Has anyone found a Quadruple Strike Penny yet? If yes,is there a pic to view or link? Appreciate any advise. Yes,on Ken Potters site I did view a story about a Father and daughter strike it RICH,and they had a pic of a 1982 Triple Strike Penny. And its a nice find, mine is a 1996 Quadruple Strike,AU-Mids condition. Obverse:Linclon with the Memorial building on top.Sideways. Reverse:Memorial building with the Linclon underneath it.Wow! All mottos FG etc VDB clear. No tampering visible on the Edges. Do I have the only one? Is this a Million Dollar Lucky Penny? In the entire Linclon Cent History has there ever been a Quadruple clearly seen Penny found yet? Friends, just trying to guess, learn, how RARE is this type of US-MINT Error. God Bless Beck Linclon Penny Treasure Hunter PS:Yesterday I also found my 1st 1893 Indian Head to ADD to my Collection and a 1958 DDO (there are TWO L's visible on LIBERTY and all motto FAT.DDR also).

Aye pics are needed, both head on and at an angle so we can see the boss of the strike.

I'm sorry, MickeyBee, but until pics are posted all we have is your interpretation of what you have. I am doubtful that you have what you think you have.
Please post nice clear pics.

with ikandiggit. I certainly hope that it is something amazing, for your sake, but it's easy to misjudge something and think that it's an error. I can think of a number of different things (PMD, most commonly) that can be mistaken for multiple strikes.

One possibility is a strong die clash based on your description.

, MickeyBee! could be a multiple-strike flip over, could be a cent some stacked with some others in a vice. Clear, 600 pixel pix will help.
