I bought a 2 MP USB Microscope believe endoscope and was just wondering what the best possible settings are such as brightness contrast zoom level pertty much anything I can do to get a nice good picture on my computer.

Its an endoscope don't know if this is right but on the box is says RoHS and made in china.

Just had a look at the ebay listing it's the same as the one I bought from a local electronics shop. You have a lot of fun with them and practice with surrounding light settings seems to make a big difference.
My only issue with these is the adjustable stand/base is a bit wonky.

Yea you barely bump it and it changes that is kinda irritating.

To help stable my stand I use a snack size zip-top plastic bag half filled with sand and lay it over the back part of the stand and cord. Works great.

I bought Lighthouses stand for USB scopes and it works excellent. It's very stable and I like being able to focus my scope with it instead of the scope itself once you get it close.

I am very curious on the quality of this microscope. How is the image quality overall and the focus? I just returned a Lighthouse that I thought would be an upgrade to my Celestron but the image quality was terrible. I really want one with the light control.

I also have one of the Lighthouse stands too, love it!
