Nah AB33 is last prefix Enworb but that AB10 first Prefix First release is a good score. What were the world coins worth as the AB10 has a cv of around 2 1/2K in UNC

Quote: I dont have my catalogue on to check but isn't AB 32 the last prefix of the first polymer $10 issue? No, it's AB33, the pair of $10 are just general prefix second issues. The dollars are last prefix Johnston / Stone's while the single $10 is a first prefix first issue. I am no expert on this but the recent article in CAB written by Andrew Crellin has had PP and I researching these notes a bit closer. Normally we don't touch notes for either resale or for our own collections. These ones are staying in our collection.

For which I paid a touch over $300. Clearly the other guy wanted that coin a lot more than he wanted the notes.

Very nice first release, first prefix $10 - I'd be interested to see what goatie thinks of that one, but I know it would be more than welcome at my place lol

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. The AB33 isn't the last prefix for the first release.
It's a little confusing, but to be a first release prefix it needs to, firstly, be between AB10 & AB33, and secondly, have a 93, 94 or 96 immediately after the letters and first two numbers ie AB33 93 XXXX or AB33 94 XXXX or AB33 96 XXXX.

enworb, really great coin, the 2000 mule. wondering how much did you pay for? The Purple Penny Coin has UNC one, I think they sell with $2000 or $5000, just can't remember the price, just checked their website, it is not there any longer, so must be sold alrady. to YOU?

They are AB32's anyway.

I wish mine was UNC but couldn't quite muster up $6000 My entire collection combined is probably only just worth that. I'm very happy. Still at the stage where I get it out every day and
