I mean, I think the Ike is a beautiful coin but I almost like that better than the Proof sitting on my desk. Can you imagine the stories that Ike could tell if it were able to talk? I knew someone that had a 1964 half in his pocket for over 40 years and it wore like that too. There are sets about worn coins like that. The right buyer would pay more than you paid for it.
