I also pulled a 1939 penny out of my front yard with my metal detector.(I don't think that counts as circulation as it had likely been there for years) Report this Post to the Staff

I hope by that you mean coins you plan on selling in order to take a trip and not a jar that you intend on cashing in at the bank.......as a 1912 Canadian Nickel was made of silver and NOT Nickel. Recently (2-weeks back), a fellow worker ... received a shiny-new 1945 victory nickel in change ... which he kindly gave to me... dts... Report this Post to the Staff
