Marcus Aurelius 161-180 AD. M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXVII. With that legend the coin dates to 173-174 AD.

The reverse is Jupiter seated left holding Victory and scepter. The coin is a Sestertius and is RIC III # 1096. It's worn but still a nice coin.
