The chat topic bought back memories of a coin-token that I had procured from the Liverpool Coin and Stamp shop (near the railway station) back in the 1970's. I was attracted to it, because it had been through a lot of "history". I also liked the fact that it was a "colonial" token. In the rough condition shown below, it did not cost me very much - just as well as my weekly pocket money was not very much in those days !. I often wonder how it could have gained the various "bumps"

Not sure what you mean by "bumps", but it definitely saw some extensive circulation.

Hi biggfredd
I meant the indentations (bumps or dimples, depending on which side of the coin you look at) on the left side of the "D" of Draper and also near the base of the emu's neck and just above the "R" of Liverpool.
Seems like the coin may have been in the waistcoat pocket of some chap who fought a duel - and survived
