What a load of squat...literally nothing, although there were some interesting bits at the top of the shield from a few 2006-2008 coins. Have a look below.

Here are a couple of 2006's:
Extended:
Noodle-Frenzy-#3
Extended with slight Cud:
Noodle-Frenzy-#3
A 2007:
Hard to take a photo of this one; very bright, but it looks like a cross between polished dies & a clash (but it's not a clash)
Noodle-Frenzy-#3
A couple 2008's:
Similar to the previous coin:
Noodle-Frenzy-#3
A nice bunch of cuds/doubling:
Noodle-Frenzy-#3

Apart from that there was a 1969 in VF condition.
There were 3 x coins with pre-cuds (or areas that would form Cuds at some point during their later production).
Two 1994 wide date family coins.
Two centenary NSW coins.

A dud bunch, there were a half a dozen 2000 Millenium's but not the one that we all want.

I can accept defeat...or shall I say, I have already accepted defeat.

I thought I would participate even though I'm running the show and I chose 5c in thehope I might snag a misstrike and a 1972. Nothing of the sort! I did get a UNC 1966 which I thought was neat.

I have carefully inspected some 50c so far.
I have some Cuds, 1 2001 state and a few nearly uncirculated ones, but nothing outstanding (like an incuse).

I failed to get the pasta order in. No job just now and have less spare time than when I was working! How does that work? I have a second interview 2mrw arvo so hopefully I get that and will have some spare time! LOL ...and the job is just around the corner from my regular bank :-)

The highlight for my search was a 1985 50c.
I looked closely at all the coins and found a few 2005 robe Cuds, a 1979 double bar, a 1980 double bar, a couple of 2006 lip Cuds, a large chin Cud (2005?), a few 2001 with doubling and 1 2001 state coin.

I examined 200 50cent coins.
I found 1 Charles and Di, 1 Queensland Centenary of Federation and 2 Western Australia Centenary of Federation.

Last night I looked at 100 $1 coins (not part of the Noodle Frenzy comp, but just out of interest), and found a nice Cud near the "1". Will show a pic of this in the "$1 Errors" topic soon .

I am randomly collecting all non definitive 50 Cent and one dollar coins into a 2 litre jar. Will sort the lot when full. Could be fun!

Looks like it was pretty slim pickings all round, but so far I find ozcoins finds the most interesting due to the 85 and the Cuds - did you check for 94 wides, and did we have any note noodlers over the weekend?

Did not make it to the bank. My second interview went okay. Danger now is that I might get the job! Sure would be nice. (I got some redundancy cash which I am using just now for bills etc. If I get this job it will be found money! Not millions, but enough to have some serious fun with!)

Second go at noodling, $100 of $1 and $200 of 50c, these are what I found.
3 double bar 50c, 2x 1979, 1x 1980.
1x 1991 Rams Head 50c.
1x 2001 Centenary of Fed NSW 50c.
1x 2001 " " Vic 50c.
1x 2003 $1 Making a Difference. Only 4 mill minted.
1x 2005 $1, 60th anniversary of WW2 with Cud at the tip of his hat.
1x 2004 $1 with double rim (I think this is what you call it).
1x 2006 $1 with very partial double rim.
That's all for me.

Some nice finds trainerman, but I think that was a few more coins than the 200 coin limit for the competition.
You will have to watch out....
This searching thing is surprisingly addictive!
