The 99 WAM is a rare bird indeed. Congrats on the find. I've been searching for years and have only found one.

Welcome to the club! I've found one 1999 WAM and a few 1998 and 2000 WAMs.

Who graded your 1999 WAM and what was the cost?

NGC graded the coin MS64 RB - I took it to a local precious metals store, it cost $40 bucks.

Thanks guys, just got another $25 dollar box. I am reviewing my plans on which coins I should be spending time on, I am hoping to be more efficient.

Thought 96 WAM was certified because it is listed in the Whitman RedBook. Sorry gang!

Nope, not certified, only seen by one person, then disappeared before it could be verified. The RedBook listed it because he was a well known attributer, but he has since gotten out of coins.Long story that's best kept in the past.

I am a little attached to this one right now and have not made up my mind to sell it yet. But if I were to sell it, I would not even consider less than 500.
