The Cud is damage and the 1960D has a large die chip above T in cent.

The 1960-D has a die chip on the letter "T". A Die Cud would involve the edge of a die crumbling away. The small date dies suffered from die chips a lot. So much that they created the Large date that year.
2004 is just damage to the rim.
1999 is correct die crack. These are interesting to error collectors when the die crack flows all the way across the coin, or if the die is split. Not a big demand for die cracks as they happen to a lot of dies.
2009 I don't see what you are referring to. The marks on the edge of the book are contact marks.
1993 "cooper" coin is something added to the coin. Note the orange rind bubbles on the obverse? This happens when a bad rinse happened to a coin. When the plating doesn't have a smooth surface, it shows up as roughness on the surface. On a non plated coin, the surface would be smooth. The bumps/orange rind would not be visible.
