When I'm sorting through my cents I don't even examine ones that look like that, they generally just go into a pile of culls unless they're a date that I only get in small numbers (e.g. I look even at corroded 1970-S cents because I am lucky to even get one in a box). I don't want to find one like this. The time I spend looking at an ugly coin like this could instead be spent looking at a nice one which is just as likely to be a variety.
