To be honest the my bar fascination kind of faded when silver got to the upper $25's per oz and I realized I need to be adding bulk weight , I did manage to add several $100's in Face value 90% silver coinage over the last couple months. I even sold one of one of those 20's because money right at the time. I will get some picture of my postal safe and it contents on Monday as it is not readily accessible like it use to be. I have also been focusing on my Morgan collection . Here is a beauty I picked up today. 1881 CC Pcgs MS64

Nothing really to add lately. Bought a 25 oz Gateway bar from a member and just recently traded it back to him. I am currently in full out infatuation mode with my set of Morgan silver dollars. I did buy a full tube of Antelope from Goldmart today into the slide but with shipping they were still high. But now I have a tube of all the Wildlife series besides the most expensive one, the Timberwolves. I am a die hard fan of the SAE but when it comes to the RCM and this Wildlife Series I am very impressed, currently my favorite series of coins. Here is a picture of the little corner of my vault that my bars occupy. I would love to fill it to the top with bricks of 100 oz bars but in practical purposes dozens of tubes with green tops would be a whole lot more practical. Maybe with a pepper of a nice red topped tube in there :) my dream. Can you imagine holding a tube of those in your hands?

I would trade it for some eagles or maple leafs but I would put a value of $1k on the bar so a trade would be based on that number. The 10 oz bars have been going for $500 plus over the last couple weeks. Sam, you would love these JM Kilos I have they are super cool too.

Picked up 17 silver dollars tonight at auction for $30 per. Most are AU or better 1921 Morgans but there are a couple AU Peace dollars probably 7 of them. $30 per is the most I have paid in a long time but pricing was running high and I got caught up in the action of an auction. My current goal is to continue to add silver weight along with the slowly but steadily adding to my Morgan registry set on PCGS. I hoping to get a chance to add the 93 S at the start of next year but we will see. My kids wioll have one heck of a set to piece out when I die. My photo bucket has messed the pooch when its up ill post the picts.
