Looks circulated to me. Brown/red/red brown pertain to MS coins.

R/B from what I see. Might be the lighting though.

I believe some AU's also get color grades.

PCGS uses a simple color grade thumb rule. All you have to remember is 95% and or 5%.

if a coin is 95% or more red (both sides must meet this %) it is considered RD (Red.)

If a coin is between 5% and 95% red (again both sides) it is considered a RB (Red Brown.)

And if it is less than 5% red on both sides it is a BN (Brown.)
