Taiwan 1 chiao, yr.56 of the republic, or 1967. First year of issue of the run 1967 - 1974.

The character that looks like a Cyrillic "F" is a good identifier of the Republic of China (whose government fled to Taiwan in 1949 after the Communist take-over of the mainland).
