Philippines YII counterstamp on 1822 Peru 8 reales. As it is not my field of expertise, I seek from those who know better whether or not this is a genuine coin. As you can see the coin has a small section below the date that is without milling.

Your host coin is a KM-136 Peru 8 Reales with a Lima mint mark, and the countermark is a Philippines Type VI, which makes your coin a KM-136 Philippines. It's not always that the catalogue numbers match, but it's cool that they do. Check page 1035 of the 1801-1900 KP Catalogue. Cheers!
