Is the missing FG common I've seen a few 88 Lincolns missing it but not this year what y'all think

I can see the FG in the picture probably just a greased filled die or really worn the coin does look pertty beat up on the back.

Greasers are nice to collect though. Maybe you can put a set together of them?

It's normal. It's also normal for a number of other years. The initials generally came soft in a number of different years and wore off the dies early.
