ElmerFusterpuck: Looks like your 1855 is an N-5 die state a. Amazing coin.

The 1840 cent close-up with the 4 over 4. Not a great quality coin, but I bought it for the error.

If were're allowed to play catch up, here's one I recently added to my large cent collection. NCS graded AG. Condor101 helped me with the variety. The variety/attribution is S-93, R-3. It's a reverse die of 1795 with both wreath branches ending in a single leaf. S-93 is the only reverse of 95 that has an outer berry below the ST in STATES.

A close-up of my 1851, which was attributed here as a N-19 (notice the lines):

I like your new purchase too. I can't wait until I get my first dated Cent from the 1700's.
