Got my hands on a little baggie of cents the other day. Haven't played with them in a while. About a rolls worth with a good date range. Nothing spectacular. Did get both magnetic and non magnetic 2004's in decent shape.   "We are poor little lambs...who have lost our way...Baa...Baa...Baa"

I picked up two boxes of circulated nickels to search the other day. It was uneventful until I dropped the coins from one roll and it had these proofs as well as some Specimen and MS coins!! That one roll made the entire hunt worthwhile.   |

In 2012 before the penny was terminated I stocked up. This is a bushel of them at 305 lbs ranging from 1970 to 1996 sorted coppers. Estimated at close to 55000 pennies. Not sure if and when I will get at them!! The USA is now facing the elimination of the 1 cent coin too. There for sure are many DDOs and DDRs and errors in that box.  Edited by chadcoins

Enyaw you have the best luck.
I swapped a searched box of nickels yesterday and received a sealed box of 2024 Charles III. Not sure if I should keep some and swap the rest or search them all.
