It was one of the first quarters I got from my till at work when I was confident enough to ask my managers. I have found one more since, and I believe this was broken out of some kind of a set similar to yours. I found its origin in a book last year, but I forgot. I have been roll searching about 300$ worth of quarters a month for the last 3 years. I don't find any CND silver quarters any more. I have not come across one like yours in the picture.
