I bought this set about a month ago at a coin show because I wanted the 2003WP penny, I didn't think I would ever find Winnipeg mint coins in circ after looking for a long time. It pays to check your pocket change!

I don't have a picture of it, but last week a family member found a 1941 nickel in their change and gave it to me.

xd99xd -Welcome to CCF, looks like you already started..regardless of what you plan to search get some rolls from the bank its a good way to get familiar with all the different quarters and see if you can get your hands on a Charlton Standard catalogue (maybe from the library if need be). Here's a helpful link too.. http://www.coinsandcanada.com/coins-prices.php

Received a shiny 2010 Poppy Quarter,
took a few close ups of the reverse.

My manager had just changed one of the tills at the start of my break. Being the first to use, I searched the few $5 bills and found this. Never thought it was possible to find in circulation.

I hate the folds but I'll take it. The Macklem/Carney $5s seem to be more common on ebay than before, but might still deserve dancing fruit .

Hey Slurexe97, there is a contest for the first to find 2015 denominations in circulation.
Not sure if it is open to Canadian coins but worth a try.

I don't think so, since there aren't any 2015 pennies around here.

Today my dad bought home a 1944 quarter he found in an old house that is getting torn down on the weekend. The obverse is in pretty good condition but the reverse is worn. It was all black and I rubbed it enough to see some of the actual silver. He also found a 1993 penny but that's nothing.
