@ jakedacc, I will check out for the hanging 8 later...and see if I come up with any. Never knew there was this variety in the 58s.
@ SHAFTA 9a, it's not skill, it's just luck. I never expected a find like that. I usually would have used a Starbucks card, but had no money on it, and had to use cash... Had the there been money on the card, would never had gotten these pennies, and would have never known.

For the $100 3 digit radar note, it's in circulated condition, looks, EF. I don't think it will sell for > $130. On ebay, you'll lose about 10% in total to ebay and Paypal fees. So it has to sell for $110 or more just to break even.

The only thing I know about coins is how to spend them, So I'm sending a picture of some coins I have. If there is anything special about them please let me know. Thanks.

unless either of those are 1922, 1923, 1924, 1925 or 1926....they are not worth much. But keep them, nice coins :)

While CRH, I found a 1935 penny that filled a hole in my album, and I've collected 100 KGVI pennies over the last few weeks. I also found my oldest circulation find in a 1909 VDB Wheat penny (I know it's not Canadian, but pretty cool either way). @ bmxboy, congrats on the find. I remember reading last week that you were still hunting for your first. Now you have 3 total.

Nice! How much would the average circulated George VI pennies worth?

Not much. I haven't found any of the valuable ones yet. I figure that I'll keep collecting them until the pennies are no longer available and try putting them up on ebay in groups of 50 and see what happens.

On a good day a roll of George VI cents brings around $3 on ebay. The problem with selling cent rolls of any kind on ebay is that the shipping is too expensive relative to the value of the coins.
