I have done three deals with this seller of which two deals were great and one was horrible.
I believe the seller has a no questions asked return policy.
If you are not happy then return it for a full refund.

I have purchased many coins from this seller. His coins are often overgraded a couple of points. Knowing that, I simply bid accordingly. Since he uses a scanner for his pictures the coins ALWAYS look much better in hand than they do in his scans. There are always scratches on the glass of his scanner, which many people will assume is the coin. If you look closely the same scratch with be on both sides in the same spot. I have got some good deals because of this. I've always been happy with my purchases from him.

Always assume AT LEAST 2 grade levels lower than stated. If a variety is identified then it is usually right or at least honestly debatable. I did get one that was quite obviously a lower value variety from what was listed and had no problem getting a refund for the difference in value. Go with your best assessment from the (admittably low grade) picture and walk away if some over-enthusiast bids it up past that. Worst case you'll get what you expected and best case you'll be pleasantly surprised. If you're looking for a specific coin in a specific grade then this may not be the best buyer to get it from but I've got some great (and many okay) deals on hole-fillers from this guy.

I do not buy graded coins from this guy after I got a VF20 1859 and it turned out to be better used as something to level a table. I only buy junk silver from him now as I buy for melt value. This guy puts up MS65 everything. There are only a few ebayers that actually sell quality coins that fit the grade listed. Find one and keep him/her on your saved list.

You will never get a good deal from someone that sells coins like this. Why bother taking a chance?
